The farmhouse is situated ona more or less flan piece of land on the south side of Mandoia hill so it has the sun on it all day. For this reason, the house has wonderful views over an important part of the valley of Zeberio with the Gorbeia Nacional Park to the south, part of the splendid valley of Arratia to the east, the mountain peaks of Urkiola Nacional park in the far east and the hills surrounding Bilbao to the west.
On a considerable number of days during the year, dawn breaks with the farmhouse overlooking the valley shrouded in mist with the mountain peaks on the skyline which lasts for over an hour.
